When returning your bands please ensure.
- The bands are still in new condition and are within the 30-day period of when you received the order.
- Make sure all packaging and components are included (i.e. The charging cable, quick start guide and the bands themselves).
- The bag is wrapped in external, protective packaging or placed in a box for return.
